1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Yrrej TV / Proudlock TV, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Yrrej TV / Proudlock TV is a client-side broadcasting tool that allows users to curate and schedule YouTube videos into personal linear channels. We provide the software (the "App") but do not host or distribute the video content ourselves. The App optionally includes Petey Vee, an AI-powered assistant that can perform automated actions within the App on your behalf (see Section 4A).

3. Content Representation

All video content accessed through Yrrej TV / Proudlock TV is provided by YouTube and its creators. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party content. You acknowledge that:

  • Video playback is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
  • Removing or bypassing YouTube advertising via the API/Player may result in access restrictions by Google.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of curated content complies with relevant copyright laws.

4. Personal & Non-Commercial Use

This application is intended for personal, private use. Commercial broadcasting or re-transmission of content curated through Yrrej TV / Proudlock TV is strictly prohibited without explicit permission from the original content creators and YouTube.

4A. AI-Initiated Actions (Petey Vee)

The App includes an optional AI assistant ("Petey Vee") powered by Google Gemini that can perform automated actions within your local library, including but not limited to: adding or removing videos, creating or renaming channels, creating lineups, and triggering navigation. By using Petey Vee, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Certain AI-initiated actions (such as video deletion) are irreversible. You are solely responsible for verifying instructions before Petey executes them.
  • Petey Vee operates on your chat input and may misinterpret ambiguous requests. Always review approval cards and confirmation messages before content is written to your library.
  • We are not liable for any unintended data loss or library changes resulting from AI-initiated actions you authorize.
  • Your chat messages are transmitted to Google's Gemini API. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what data is sent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be compatible with future changes to the YouTube API or browser standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of Yrrej TV / Proudlock TV be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the website.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Proudlock.org is based.
